1. Work entered for the Guild Awards 2021 must have been published between 15 December 2020 and 30th September 2021
  2. Each piece of work may be submitted for only one award.
  3. Submissions must be made using the online entry form.
  4. Subject to the criteria for each individual award, you can submit up to three separate pieces of work. Please note each submission is a separate entry and only one entry can win. Work can be submitted either as PDF or JPG documents (maximum 4MB each) OR URLs of articles online, which must remain live until at least 31 December 2021.
  5. You must obtain copyright clearance so the Guild can publish your entry if it wins.
  6. Links to WeTransfer, Dropbox and similar services are not eligible and will be disqualified. All other files or links can be placed within the submissions section on your entry form.
  7. Only books are eligible for the Mercedes-Benz Award for the Montagu of Beaulieu Trophy and should be sent to Chris Adamson, 40 Baring Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH6 4DT. 
  8. Three finalists will be selected in each category by a judging panel including representatives from the Guild and the award sponsor.
  9. The winner in each category will receive a cheque and a crystal glass trophy to take home. The other finalists will receive Highly Commended certificates.
  10. The closing date for entries is Thursday 30 September 2021.
  11. The decisions of the judges are final.
