HERE IS a unique chance for motorsport fans to purchase a classic piece of art and help the Guild Benevolent Fund at the same time. Measuring 593×420mm, this limited-edition print has been taken from an original painting specially commissioned from renowned artist James Dugdale. Evening at Tertre Rouge depicts a seminal moment at the 1962 Le Mans 24 Hours, where Ferrari’s new GT car, the 250 GTO, made its debut. Also featured is the 330LM of Hill/Gendebien, plus the Lotus Elite of Hobbs/Gardner.

This exact Ferrari, the Elde/Beurlys ‘Ecurie Francorchamps’ model and one of only 39 250 GTOs ever built, is now owned by Nick Mason, and the eagle-eyed among you will have already noticed that the GoMW President makes a guest appearance in the foreground of the picture: “My one piece of artistic licence,” says Dugdale. Nick himself has kindly signed each poster, making them even more of a steal at £20 plus £3 P&P.

All proceeds will go to the Guild Benevolent Fund. To purchase yours, please go to the Online Catalogue section of the website. You can also use the Online Catalogue to obtain other GoMW merchandise, including lapel badges and window stickers.
